ABOUT ME
Putting My Experience
to Work
Throughout my career, I've been committed to building strong foundation for success - whether it's managing multimillion-dollar construction projects, working with local developers, or investing in our community. These experiences have equipped me with the skills and knowledge needed to serve as your next County Commissioner.
Managing a successful business means being accountable to clients, employees, and the bottom line. I've made tough decisions about budgeting and spending, always focusing on value and results. As County Commissioner, I will apply the same fiscal responsibility to ensure your tax dollars are spent wisely and that our county's budget prioritizes the needs of its residents.
My experience has been grounded in building relationships and creating opportunities, and I will continue to use those principles in my service to the county.
As the owner of Guenter Construction LLC for over 25 years, I successfully led large-scale infrastructure projects, including water and sewer plants valued at $30 million to $50 million. This experience taught me the importance of effective project management, budgeting, and ensuring that services meet the needs of the community. These are the same skills I'll bring to managing county resources and planning for smart, sustainable growth.
I've worked closely with land developers, managed residential and commercial construction, and invested in local real estate. I understand the delicate balance between growth and preservation - ensuring that we build responsibly without compromising the quality of life in Burnet County.
I'm not a career politician - I'm someone who has spent decades building and working in the community.
I'll bring real-world experience and a fresh perspective to the role of County Commissioner.
Whether it's improving infrastructure, tackling property taxes, or supporting responsible development, I am ready to put my experience to work for Burnet County.
